How iTeach Directory stores profile information and releases it to public visitors, approved schools, teachers, and admin during directory and introduction workflows.

This policy works with the Terms of Use and Privacy and Consent Policy. Users consent to these release rules when creating an account and again when submitting or updating profile details.

Purpose of release

iTeach Directory uses account, profile, school, job, and introduction information to support education hiring, directory discovery, profile review, job matching, and teacher-approved introductions.

Teacher profile visibility

Approved teacher profiles may appear publicly in reduced form. Approved school accounts may see fuller professional profile details needed to evaluate teaching fit, such as education, certifications, subjects, preferred levels, work preferences, location, bio, portfolio, and demo links.

Teacher contact release

Teacher legal names, personal email addresses, phone numbers, CV links, and other direct contact details are not automatically public. These details are shared with a school only after the teacher approves an introduction request or otherwise submits those details for that purpose.

School information

Schools consent to iTeach Directory storing school registration, contact, hiring, profile, and job information for review, directory visibility, job-post approval, and introduction workflows.

User limits

Users may use released information only for legitimate school hiring, profile review, job matching, introductions, support, and platform safety. Scraping, resale, reposting private profile data, and bypassing introduction controls are prohibited.

Changes and removal

Users can request correction, deactivation, or removal through support. Admin may hide, suspend, archive, or remove information when safety, accuracy, or quality concerns arise.
